The property is on a cross country ski/golf course and is 3 blocks away from the Park City ski lifts. Deer Valley and The Canyons downhill ski resorts, grocery shopping, cinemas, and outlet shopping are just steps away or available on the free shuttle. Shared pool, hot tubs and sauna on site. Pool table is included in unit.

Park City is an old mining town which has been renovated and rebuilt. The quaint atmosphere is wonderful. Whether you are hitting the slopes or looking for a fun day of shopping the downtown area, location is everything!

Great Ski Getaway Stay

Excellent value and great location for our Park City Ski vacation and reunion with family and my old Army Buddies! This place comes with all the amenities you would want to gather with family and friends and had plenty of room for six of us. Great kitchen and we were able to cook great meals and never eat out for breakfast or dinner.

Awesome BNB. Amazing location with proximity to grocery store, starbucks, bus stop, and an easy 10 min walk down hill from Park City ski village. The condo is very spacious, and has discrete rooms for separately traveling families. Will definitely go back!!access.

Great place to stay in Park City

A nice big common area downstairs with a fire place, big kitchen, and pool table. Perfect place to stay for myself, wife, and two grown kids. Relatively close to the north and southbound bus stops,Fresh Market, and PC Mountain base is walkable in snowboard boots if you’re motivated (would be a little much for ski boots). Surely no need for a car if you’re staying in PC. We’ll surely look to rent here again when we plan our next trip back.

Close to the slopes

The condo was in the perfect location, close to the slopes, near the city shuttle and across the street from the grocery story. It’s hard to find a better location. The condo itself was wonderful, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals in. There was plenty of room for 4 adults with room for more. Heather was great, she answered all of our questions promptly. We would stay again.

Amazing Ski Trip

Check-in process was incredibly easy, simply given the code for the door and we were done. The condo is walking distance for everything we needed eliminating the need for a rental car. Grocery store is across the street (5 minute walk), hot tub/community center is at the end of the road, chair lift is a bit more of an ambitious walk uphill, but there is a free shuttle that stops outside of the grocery store. Pool table and stocked kitchen made cooking and hanging out the place a breeze. Great stay and would 100% rebook.

Heather was great to communicate with, check in was accurate and easy. My family loved the pool table, and the space was plenty for our family of 5. Kitchen had all the necessities.. it snowed a lot so we mainly ate at home. The location is in close proximity to the shuttle pick up, maybe a 3min walk. It was easy access to the slopes at Park City. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

CONS:There is construction happening in the unit adjacent that shares a wall. The noise was loud and annoying. Not mentioned in the booking process. When I complained to the host they never responded. PROS: Comfortable beds and amazing location

Property is physically accurately described in the listing except the 3 blocks to the lift. Property is located at one end of the large complex and is approximately a 2 block walk to the bus stop. No way are you walking to the lifts or town. No idea where the 3 blocks comes from. The hot tub and pool use will require a car ride or a long cold walk. The gas fireplace cycles on and off every 15 mins. due to over heating which we've never experienced nor advised of.

Comfortable, convenient, spacious, complete

The condo was more spacious than pictures gave credit - plenty of room to spread out with ski gear for a group of six. Carport immediately out front door was great. Nicely equipped kitchen including sandwich bags, napkins, tupperware and some food staples etc that are so helpful in addition to essential silverware, utensils, dishes etc. It would have been nice to have wine glasses, but we improvised. Owner is responsive – there is a cutting board since a recent review. Very comfortable, appropriately firm beds. Pictures don't do justice to new outside heated pool, two 12-person hot tubs and sauna plus shower and changing areas - we spent hour+ each day after skiing - very social and fun. And we had amusing times around the pool table in the condo. Great location across street from Fresh Market, a full grocery store which has a good selection of beer (a surprise to us) and is open til 1am daily - helpful for late night arrivals. We would definitely return!

We love our condo. Even though I live only 60 minutes from Park City, my family stays there 3 weeks every summer and my extended family stay there the rest of the summer. The days usually start out with boating on Rockport Dam with a picnic lunch then back to the condo for an afternoon swim with a round of twilight golf to top it off. Stepping out the back door puts you right on the fairway of the 18th hole of Park City Golf Course. From golfing to boating in the summer and skiing to night life in the winter, our place has it all. The small town feel can be replaced with city life in mere minutes if you travel to Salt Lake City.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy in Park City because of its location. It was an easy drive for most of the family and a ton of fun, once there. Park City has a totally different feel than any place else. Life is easier, less bustle.

What makes this property unique

While staying at our home away from home, you will have the time of your life! We are located right in Park City, a 2 minute drive to Main Street. If you aren't driving , the shuttle picks you up at the entrance to our condo. 2 grocery stores are just across the street as well as Starbucks and Burger King along with multiple other places to eat that are unique to Park City. The pool and hot tub are open year round, letting you warm up after a day of skiing. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to stay in for dinner in front of the cable TV. Fast paced days of hard skiing and nights of lounging around are in order at our condo!
