Wonderful place for our ski vacation

Property was very clean and had enough rooms for all of us. Bus route just in front of the condo was very convenient. Only suggestion is to have a bigger pot for making spaghetti enough for 8 people.

Great place to stay with a family. Close to PCMR and some fantastic restaurants. The beds are horrible! There is one bathroom that has been remodeled, but the other two are very outdated.the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a wonderful stay!

Great Condo!

This was a perfect condo for a few days ski vacation for 3 couples! Each couple had their own room and bathroom (one room is a loft but still pretty private). The kitchen is a little small but works perfectly. The underground parking for one car was also extremely nice when it’s cold and snowy outside. It was about a 5min drive to Main St and also to Mountain Village. We would stay here again!

We thought the second bedroom would have their bathroom within the bedroom, not in the laundry room!I spent several days inside monitoring the water heater evaluation and replacement. VRBO management suggested we leave the unit and allow the repair. Well, I’m sorry, there were valuables there and no safe! We don’t know these people! Totally unrealistic! As it turned out, both repair gentlemen were wonderful.

Ski trip

The condo was very nice with ample room for 4 as long as two sleep together. Close to very fun restaurants. 10 minute drive to slopes. Great AC/heat thermostats in every room and nice TVs. Nice table for family games. The showers were nice but the water got only like warm. The host was super responsive.

The photos are a little deceiving as far as view and size of rooms go. I would not stay there with more than 6 adult at the most.

Location is great—bus stop is outside the apartment complex. The onsite manager was also terrific and very helpful/responsive. Beyond that, this is overpriced for what you get. The apartment walls are extremely thin so noise from neighboring apartments carries over —and half of the nights we stayed, the neighbors played loud music and either kept us awake or woke us up from sleep. The mattresses were old, saggy & completely uncomfortable. There are no views from the apartment—it looks out to an interior courtyard—the view is of the apartments on the other side of the building. There is a hot tub, but the photo is not reflective of it as it is totally caged so we didn’t bother with it. We won’t be returning.

Excellent location and stay!

Our group of 3 friends each and a bedroom and bathroom which fit our needs perfectly. The location is excellent with easy shuttle service to the base of PC mountain, PC Main Street or Deer Valley. Parking was a breeze -nice to have covered parking so no snow clean off. Elevator to floor was nice when needed. Hot tub worked flawlessly. Quick and responsive/caring responses to inquiry about unit while there. More than expected paper products onsite when we arrived which was nice - comfortable living /TV area (as shown in photo). A great stay!
