Master Bedroom includes King bed, roomy closet, sitting area with TV and gas-burning stove, and office desk with computer and printer. Adjoining bedroom next to master bedroom includes 2 bunk beds Den includes daybed (2 twin beds total) and window seats. Loft includes 2 new twin beds, Queen bed and 1 sleeper; closet; dresser; TV and small table/chairs. All bed mattresses are newly-purchased, firm, high-quality bedding.

This historical, spacious, remodeled home is located steps from the Park City Town Lift and adjacent to dozens of Main Street restaurants, shops and nightlife.
Walk 1 block to the Town Lift operated by Park City Mountain Resort. Town Lift has a ticket window at the base of the lift for easy ticket purchases and connects to the mid-mountain area of Park City. At the end of the day, you can either ski down to the Town Lift base via Quittin' Time run, or take the Town Lift back down the mountain.
Main Street restaurants and night life are an easy stroll from our home. The home faces Park Avenue for privacy, but is close enough to Main Street's chic restaurants and shops.
During the Summer or Winter, you can walk 1 block to the Free Shuttle Bus Stop located on Park Avenue in front of the Town Lift. The Park City Shuttle Bus connects to the Canyons, Deer Valley, Park City and other local destinations. It offers free, dependable transportation and usually stops every 10-30 min

My husband and I live in Southern California, and have enjoyed repeated vacations to Park City over the past 10 years. We love the clean, healthy mountain environment and year-round activities. In 2010 we decided to purchase our dream vacation home in beautiful Old Town. We have 2 children - a 13 year old boy who loves to shred powder and a 16 year old daughter who likes to be the first person in the morning at the Town Lift. What makes this House unique
You will not find a better location than this house. It sits on the corner of Park Avenue and Heber Avenue (the road that splits Main Street). Main Street is literally out your back door, free shuttle bus stop is about 4 houses down, the Town Lift is a block away, and endless hiking, biking and skiing are out your front door. Upper Park Ave becomes one way down all winter which makes it a very quiet residential street in the heart of Old Town.
