Our Luxury and private upscale house is 4,400+ sq. ft. house was specifically designed for multi-families and large groups. Our house is a five minute walk to Main Street and Deer Valley Resort is only minutes away. There are six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including two grand suite style master bedrooms with king beds. The lower floor features a third master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. Two additional spacious bedrooms with queen beds share a large full separate bathroom. A sixth bedroom with twin beds sits adjacent to the upstairs blue grand master bedroom; it also has a separate bathroom and is ideal for singles or attending to children.

FEATURES: The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped with professional grade appliances, fine granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets; plus and is stocked with cookware for the culinary enthusiast. The adjoining dining area and great room showcase hardwood floors, expansive ceilings, fireplace and wide screen smart TV to create an all-inclusive festive setting. A large loft with wireless internet access overlooks the great room with a view of the luscious Park City mountainside. The lower level game room features a shuffleboard table, HD flat screen smart TV, surround sound, providing an escape for children or adult fun. The two-car garage with ski and snowboard racks opens into a convenient ski prep room. A private back deck with a new 2023 Hot Tub and natural gas BBQ grill resides against the quiet mountainside. Great setting for adventurers or families with and professional groups looking for balance between the comforts of a luxurious modern home to accommodate winter and summer activities. A new hot tub has been installed for the 2024 year.

LOCATION: The prime location is three blocks from Park City's Main Street in “Old Town,” where world-class galleries, shops and restaurants fill the historic silver mining town setting; furthermore, the free Park City Trolley transports skiers and visitors to Utah's largest ski resort or quick access to Town Lift option. On the flip side of our canyon home rests the #1 rated Deer Valley Ski Resort.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reservations are only confirmed after deposit has been received along with signed reservation agreement.
