Deer Valley Sunspot Home offers three distinct bedroom suites across multiple levels, ensuring every guest has a private space to unwind. Three bedrooms with its own full private bath, arranged across split levels for added privacy.

- The master bath features a steam shower—perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes.
- Every bathroom is stocked with plush towels, a few days' worth of paper products, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
- Forgot your hair dryer? We have extras on hand.
- Each room is equipped with a humidifier to keep you comfortable because the altitude and desert air can take a toll.
- All are equipped with smart TVs accessible to your streaming services.

Each can be set up as either a king bed or two twins

Note: Default configuration is two kings and one twin room but it's your call. Just let us know your preference when you book.

Additional Guests: We can accommodate up to two additional guests with a pair of premium air mattresses, fully made up as beds. These can be placed in the living room, or one added to each of the flexible bedrooms—just note they can't both fit in the same room. Simply request this in advance.

- Parking: Includes two assigned spaces in the covered underground.
- Garage Height: Please note the garage door height is 6'6. It can accommodate normal SUVs but not oversized vehicles or cartop carriers.

- Quiet Hours: To respect the mountain tranquility, please turn off outdoor music and keep noise levels low by 10 PM.
- Stair Disclosure: This multi-level home features several flights of stairs as each room is on a separate level—great for privacy, but please keep this in mind for those with mobility concerns.
- Registration: All guests must be registered prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.
- No Parties: Large gatherings are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of this quiet residential community.
- Cooling: No air conditioning is available during the summer. However, the home is equipped with multiple fans, abundant windows for natural ventilation, and a whole-house exhaust system to help keep the space cool.
