Large terrace, (20 m²), Garden on lower level. Parking in the property. Electric heating. Charges included except firewood (wood not included). Tourist tax extra. An independent duplex house just for you... Sit on the terrace and enjoy the 360° panorama of the mountains and the Vésubie valley. The location at the entrance to the village and 5 meters from the GR 52A trail will allow you to hike directly from the cottage towards the most beautiful walks of the Mercantour National Park. 10km from Berthemont les Bains, Valvital spa and wellness resort. 12km from La Gordolasque (Pont du Countet) 20km from the summer and winter resort of La Colmiane (skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, tree climbing, mini golf, giant zip line...).
