We've recently moved and decided to keep our lake home for others to enjoy!

Visit this beautiful lakefront cottage for year round family enjoyment! With 75' of private lake front - this is a little slice of heaven. If you enjoy kayaking, fishing (both ice and open water), sturgeon spearing, EAA Air Venture, morning coffee and beautiful sunrises, this is the vacation home for you!

This lakeside home features four bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 9 adults. Our newly remodeled kitchen offers all the amenities of home. Two full bathrooms accommodate the entire family.

Located less than 20 miles from the EAA grounds, the Outlet Mall, Lakeside Park, and many wonderful restaurants, breweries, and area attractions!

With owners who live nearby, if we can help make your vacation more memorable, we're here for it!

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Winnebago. We utilized the kayaks, spent time fishing, playing outdoor games and sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Excellent location and property is kept up well and clean. We enjoy coming back each summer.

Packers Game

Great property and perfect for the family; the sunrises over the lake are breathtaking. Owners are close by and so easy to work with. We are returning customers and will continue to book this property on our Packers' game trips!!

Wonderful girls getaway

We needed a getaway and this place was perfect! The lake view was beautiful. Our chef was able to cook us very amazing meals in the kitchen and it was overall lovely!

Property was very nice and served our purpose really well. Seeing the lake every day was amazing and being able to have the boat docked right there was so convenient. The property owners were very attentive making sure we had whatever we needed. Would highly recommend.

They thoroughly enjoyed that time - their first call was their awe at the sight of the lake and the enjoyment that there was enough room that they didn’t have to hear one another snore. Owner next door was very pleasant

Idyllic view with plenty of room for 9 of us!

We loved playing in the yard and kayaking. Many games to play. Loved the deck and sitting outside. The huge trees gave us shade that our fair skin appreciated. The main living area was spacious, open and beautiful. My grandson loved the basketball! Thanks for sharing your place.

Lovely get away on the lake

Our group of two families (4 adults, 2 kids) stayed here over the 4th of July while visiting family in the area. The house is fantastic! It's roomy, well-appointed, and in the perfect spot. Just sitting on the porch felt idyllic. We BBQ'd, went kayaking on the lake, and watched the 4th of July fire works from the dock. The owners are very responsive. We would love to stay again when we are back in the area!

Amazing Cottage on the Lake

The cottage is very clean and on a great location on Lake Winnebago. We loved our stay! The cottage is roomy (we were 7 adults), very clean and you’d be hard pressed to come up with items they have not stocked it with. We loved playing the yard games and taking the kayaks out. Communication is prompt; Sarah and Jim are awesome hosts. They checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, gave restaurant recommendations (Sunset on the Lake is a must!),…a wonderful family vacation! Thank you!

Very Accommodating

We were staying at this lake house as a home base for a family wedding. While we didn’t have a ton of down time, we realized it would be great to be able to play lawn games or possibly go fishing when we weren’t at wedding activities. I reached out to Sarah to check on additional lawn games (there already were a few at the house) and fishing poles - and a few hours later they were brought over to the property. There also were plenty of kayaks for our use! Sarah and Jim were so nice and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Great rental

Would have been nice to know there wasn't a swimming beach; we all brought swim suits. Please consider moving the bird feeder away from the deck. Too much bird droppings on railing and deck to enjoy being on deck by day 3. Property was stocked very well. Beds great! Very clean. Beautiful lot and so quiet. Consider instructions for lighting the fireplace. Nice neighbor helped us when he saw we were struggling. Lots of room and well furnished. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place for a getaway!!!

Sarah is an excellent host. Answered all my questions very quickly. The home us perfect for our needs, very nice set up. Extremely clean . Nicely stocked with all the necessary features for a care free getaway. Bedroom are great sized, nice bedding, very comfortable. Huge deck over looking the lake, AWESOME RISES over the lake. Excellent fishing. 4 kayaks can be used no extra cost (awesome perk). A whole garden wagon full of fire wood for just $10. Just call Sarah!! LOL free delivery!!! Over all one if not the best rental experience I have ever had, and we have rented quite a few all over the states. We will be back to stay in this one again!!

In the summertime, we enjoy kayaking, fishing, and all of the joys a waterfront property has to offer. In the wintertime our area is perfect for snowmobiling and ice fishing. This property has been a dream of ours!

The Cozy Cottage can be a fun place to take your family for outdoor fun on the water, but it can also be a quiet and quaint respite for relaxation. We've had guests enjoy the lawn games and all that the lake has to offer, and others who prefer chilling out on the patio with a warm (or cold!) beverage.
