This country house is located in the distric of Moreto, a mainly agricultural area, where maize, potatoes and vegetables are cultivated. There are several dams for irrigation. From the house towards the south, one has an excellent viewpoint from the town "Villa de Moya", with the mountains as the background, and on the other side the sea. Just 120 Mts. away from the rural house there is an interesting archeological area of caves dating from 8th century (La Montañeta).

Sehr schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld klappte ausgezeichnet. Es handelt sich um ein abgegrenztes, nicht einsehbares Grundstück in angenehm ruhiger Umgebung mit Aussicht auf das Meer und bei guten Verhältnissen zum Teide. Ein Auto ist obligatorisch. Das WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Der Wunsch nach Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen wurde sofort erfüllt. Alles in allem: sehr positiv!
