Rural houses called Finca Doramas located in the Parque Rural "Doramas" (natural space) in an orchard with ecological cultivation. They are a typical canarian houses, which were restored with traditional elements of canary rural world and set up with all comfort to enjoy comfortable and peaceful holidays.
You are surrounded by nature and from the houses you can enjoy an excellent panoramic view, some farming fields and a chestnut forest.

The houses comprise 1-2 double bedrooms , one bathroom and kitchen with rustic masonry and a dining room.
The houses are equipped with: T.V. satelite, radio cd, central heating, vitroelectric cooker , refrigerator , microwave, electric coffee-maker, electric toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
Swimming pool and a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and hammocks.

Nice quiet place

Nice quite place. Car is absolutely necessary, because it is far away from everything. We think the kitchen should be cleaner. It is very difficult to find relevant information about the information there (don't rely on the tourist information), so the owner could help a lot to offer more information, like maps and walking trails. Also some advice about the nearest restaurants and shops would be advisable. For example there is a nice walking trail up on the hill, which would be a nice start for a walk.

Un mes completamente encantador!

Nuestra experiencia fue muy agradable. Tuvimos el privilegio de disfrutar un mes completo en la casa rural y tanto el trato del señor Vicente como todo el área de las casas rurales nos han agradado. Todo muy limpio, agua caliente, calefacción, privacidad ,naturaleza Canaria de primera y lo más importante pudimos llevar a nuestra mascota y ella también disfrutó mucho. Gute Lage, aber Ferienhaus mit Einschränkungen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt auf der Finca wegen der schönen und ruhigen Lage und der Nähe zu den Wandergebieten sehr genossen. Die (veralteten) Bilder im Inserat sind eine Sammlung aus allen 3 Wohneinheiten.Wir hatten die mittlere für 2 Personen bezogen. Auf Grund der Bewertung vom 22.Nov.2023 hatte wir gehofft, dass die Wohnung sauber ist, wurden jedoch enttäuscht: Geschirr musste komplett gespült werden, Wohnküche mit fettigen Staubfilm, Schlafzimmer staubig mit Spinnweben, Sauberkeit im Bad war OK. Die Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich, haben uns selbst Weingläser und weiter Utensilien zum Kochen gekauft. Das Mobiliar war in einen desolaten Zustand: Stühle ausgessen und wackelig, Außenliegen und Gartenstühle defekt. 2 Einzelbetten (1,0 + 1,2 m) in unterschiedlicher Höhe, Sprungfedern der Matratze deutlich sprübar, Decken und Kissen fleckig. In der benachbarten Wohneinheit gab es neuere Möbel. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass alle alten Sachen in "unserer" Wohnung gestrandet sind. WLAN / Internet ist nicht vorhanden, Mobilfunknetz OK. Sateliten TV mit deutschen Programmen möglich. Heizung läuft von 20.00 - 8.00h. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren und das Ferienhaus nur zum Essen und schlafen genutzt haben (jeden Tag Sonnenschein) konnten wir uns mit den Einschränkungen arrangieren.

Die Finca Wohnung war an sich sehr schön, sehr schön gelegen, traumhafter Ausblick von der Terrasse. Terrasse groß und gut ausgestattet. Bei der Wohnung gibt's leider einiges zu bemängeln: nicht genügend Besteck , Einrichtung von sauber bis sehr dreckig. Kissen sehr schmutzig.Bettwäsche hätte ordentlicher sein können. Mehr Bezuege. Vicente hat sich allerdings sofort gekümmert. Die Zuwegung mit dem Auto schlecht, große Löcher. Ich würde die Wohnung trotzdem wieder nehmen. Würde allerdings wegen der Mängel vorher Kontakt aufnehmen.

Erholsame ruhige Zeit abseits vom Trubel

Die kleine Finca ist aufgeteilt in 3 Wohneinheiten. Unser Teil für 2 Personen war sehr gemütlich und hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool den wir aufgrund des kühlen Wetters aber nicht genutzt haben. Die Lage ist ideal um von dort aus Wanderungen in den Bergen zu unternehmen. Man benötigt aber unbedingt einen Mietwagen. Einzige Kritik: das WLAN war sehr schlecht bis fast nicht vorhanden. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört, da wie meist unterwegs waren. Aber für Leute, die evtl von dort aus arbeiten möchten, reicht das WLAN nicht aus.

Somos una familia de siete miembros de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, que hemos pasado tres noches en la finca Doramas, y queríamos comentar lo bien y tranquilos, que lo hemos estado, tanto por el idílico paraje, como por el trato recibido, dándonos todo tipo de facilidades, inclusive, en lo que se refiere a nuestra mascota. Las casas están decoradas con un gusto exquisito, no les falta de nada, todo muy limpio. El lugar es precioso y de una tranquilidad espectacular, la piscina una gozada, en fin, un lugar que recomendamos sin ningún tipo de peros. Darle las gracias a Carmen Hernández, por el trato recibido, en el que se incluye sestas de frutas de la zona y botellas de vino, como bienvenida. Volveremos, sin ningún tipo de dudas.

Finca Doramas Perfect Retreat

Our stay at Finca Doramas was relaxing and wonderful. It felt remote and beautiful but is also close to many attractions. It was easy to connect with local villages and nature reserves and to make trips to the coast and cultural sites. The accommodation is comfortable and charming with great views from the private terrace. The swimming pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained by the welcoming but unobtrusive hosts.
