About this property

Cozy apartment in the heart of Franconia

Our cozy and well-kept non-smoking apartment is about 75 square meters and can accommodate 2 people. A cot and high chair can be provided so that we can also accommodate a small family. The apartment has a separate entrance, bedroom with double bed (1.40 m), living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, stove with ceramic hob and oven), shower / toilet (washing machine), satellite -TV, radio, WiFi. Towels and bed linen are of course available. In addition, the apartment has a beautiful garden for use with barbecue facilities. Parking is available in the yard in front of the house, simple bicycles can also be provided on request. We are happy to bring you rolls in the morning for a small surcharge.
Pressig is a quiet place with the best infrastructure (train station, bakery, supermarket). Various leisure activities can be enjoyed in the surrounding towns (skiing, cycling, inline skating, forest swimming pool and much more).
We would be very happy to see you in the Franconian Forest!

Geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Als Vielreisende sind wir immer über möglichst stichpunktartige Bewertungen dankbar, die gute Informationen geben. Daher: Lage: absolut ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet Einkaufen: top! 2 Minuten (mit dem Auto) entfernt liegt ein REWE Markt, mit Bäcker, Fleischer und Getränkemarkt. In Pressig gibt es eine Vielzahl weiterer Geschäfte. Ausstattung: mehr als reichlich. Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser etc. sind im Übermaß vorhanden. WLAN: top! Keine Ruckler und auch Streamen ist kein Problem. Parkplatz: top! Im Hof, direkt vor der Eingangstür. Einfahr-und Ausfahrsituation komfortabel. Vermieter: sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir durften einen kleinen Wohnanhänger, den wir spontan erworben hatten, mit auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Nochmals Danke dafür :) Außensituation: der Garten kann mitgenutzt werden. Wir haben eine schattige Sitzgruppe unter einem großen Apfelbaum für uns entdeckt. Sehr schön! Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, hell und luftig mit einem modernen Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Einzige, womit wir uns anfreunden mussten, ist das (nur) 140cm breite Bett. Das wird auch fairerweise in der Beschreibung vom Vermieter erwähnt, wer aber eine größere Schlafsituation gewohnt ist, hat etwas Schwierigkeiten. Preis-Leistung ist super. Wer hier ernsthaft etwas zu meckern hat, dem ist nicht zu helfen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
