We had a wonderful stay at this very bright loft on the top floor of the building. The location is in a great spot with easy access to trams, busses and trains as well as easy access to grocery stores within minutes of walking. Communication with Anthony was impeccable and access to the apartment was very straight forward. Although there was a small issue with the boiler, Anthony had the issue resolved immediately. Some key things, as mentioned by others, are that the apartment is on the top floor, so be prepared to climb many stairs, but once you reach the top you are in for a wonderful surprise. The apartment is freshly renovated with lots of light and beautiful views of the city and the church nearby. It was very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. One quirk is that the toilet and shower are open to the bedroom (no walls), which can be inconvenient at times, especially in the middle of the night. However, we could overlook these things because of the comfort of the apartment and would highly recommend this place to others.

Alles sehr schön und sehr sauber. Allerdings im vierten Sock. Manches ist unpraktisch wie Toilette und Dusche im Schlafzimmer. Insgesamt aber sehr schön und Vermieter in gutem Kontakt.

IN FRENCHTrès belles prestations pour ce loft lumineux et extrêmement bien équipé. Superbes vues sur les toits et la ville. Logement très propre Hébergement très bien situé entre Flagey et le Cinquantenaire pour découvrir et visiter facilement Bruxelles. Les transports en commun dont la ligne de Tramway 81 permettent de rayonner facilement dans la cité, et la proximité du quartier Européen ou d'Ixelles raviront les marcheurs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bruxelles et dans ce loft design. Pour les visiteurs en voiture il est possible de se rapprocher de l'hôtel communal pour demander un abonnement individuel de stationnement relativement économique ou d'en faire la demande par mail au préalable sur " Brussels parking".Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour un séjour à Bruxelles.Serge et sa petite famille
