Clean, quiet and spacious Siesta Key Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly Rental Available for 2024 season. This immaculate, completely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home is situated in a great location on Siesta Key. Very quiet, private area, but close to everything on “The Key”. You are just a stone’s throw from beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Walk or hop on the Siesta Key Breeze free trolley right outside the door and ride for free to Siesta Key Beach, Siesta Key Village, Turtle Beach, Crescent Beach; all the attractions, entertainment and shoppes on the Key that are just minutes away. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near Captain Curt’s Village.
Take a dip or enjoy the privacy as you lounge by your private saltwater pool.
The spacious floor plan has ceramic tile floors in all the living areas and new carpet in the bedrooms. The newly remodeled house includes everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Master suite has king bed with private ensuite. 2 guest rooms, each has queen beds with full bath right across the hall. All linens are included.
Central air-conditioning and rooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new kitchen cabinets, granite counter space, open seating, an under-cabinet microwave, separate coffee bar area, Kuerig, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, blender, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, etc. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer. There are 2 living room areas in the home; one with a 15 foot fireplace with quiet, comfy seating and another gentleman’s parlor with recliners and a 55” flat screen TV. Enjoy your own private, screened lanai with ample seating for casual dining or morning coffee.
Includes all utilities - high speed fiber optic wifi, electric, water, garbage, pest control and lawn care. Beach chairs are included. This rental requires a signed Rental Lease Agreement. SORRY NO PETS OR SMOKING.

Nice Home

Very clean and comfortable. The house is nicely updated and well supplied. The pool is beautiful and will be great after the heater is put in. Jenn is very friendly and helpful. Location is quiet yet not far from restaurants and other small businesses. The public beach is accessible by driving or catching the free trolley that stops nearby.

Superb Host Experience

First of all, Jenn was willing to let me see the house in advance of the stay. My family was coming to town over the holidays and we needed extra space. She arranged for me to see the property months in advance. The house is so lovely - the pictures are good but it was even better in person. It was extremely clean. The area is great - easily accessible to much of what Siesta Key has to offer. It is a peaceful area of the key but still close enough to all of the amenities off of south bridge and there is shuttle service to the Village. We were grateful to find it!
