This cozy second-floor suite sits above our family’s horse barn and offers a unique blend of quiet comfort, countryside charm, and personal hospitality. Guests love starting their mornings with fresh homemade Amish pastries, relaxing outdoors with sunset views, and ending the day around the fire ring under the stars.

Whether you're here for a romantic weekend, a solo reset, or just some time away from it all, this is a place to slow down, unplug, and breathe.

Gorgeous place!!!! Miriam , the host , was fantastic sweet and so compassionate! The homemade morning pastries were amazing!!! … and oh how we loved the latte machine!! We will be staying again!!!! God Bless you!

Miriam and Ben are phenomenal hosts. Anyone coming into the area I would highly recommend staying here! The property is beautiful and very secluded. It’s the perfect, peaceful getaway.

Beautiful retreat

Our stay was very nice. Scenery as beautiful. Just an FYI, you are always from everything, no TV or internet , but that did not bother us as our phones still worked and we don’t really watch much TV anyway. Also the apartment is above their barn with a shared living space so it did get noisy at times, but not terrible. Miriam Provided baked goods in the morning and was available for any needs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Country Get-Away

This is a wonderful country get away, with country charm. The soaking tub is a nice addition to an already fully furnished apartment. Miriam was a perfect hostess and her baked treats are yummy. We hope to return to this quiet retreat.

Miriam made different cookie/deserts and left them outside the door each morning, very good. Highly recommend for a stay will try to be back next year. Can't say enough in this short text, but very very impressed, should get a 10 star rating. Clean, quiet rural setting that made leaving the only issue!!! Wanted to stay longer!

Wonderful. Clean ,well equipped and quiet. We were out all day and got in very late the first night. When you get to what you think is the end of the road, keep going and look for number 5. Newly paved road through the trees. The barn is the biggest building. Excellent stay.

This apt above the barn was awesome. Mariam was very nice and her treats were awesome. I can’t wait to go back and hopefully not be running around so much to take time to appreciate the surroundings.
