Listed villa built around 1900, completely restored and modernized in 2000 inside and out, about 100 meters (or 1 minute walk) from the beach. Approximately 8 minutes walk to the center of Heringsdorf and about 15 minutes walk to the center to Ahlbeck. As a partner of the Baltic Sea Therme Usedom, we offer our guests a special service, you get 50% off the entrance fee in the spa (for all non-discounted rates), when and as often as you feel like bathing and sauna fun. Please note that the spa is closed for maintenance about 14 days a year in January. 

Apartment Siegemund:
The comfortable NON SMOKING apartment (58 sqm) with veranda on the mezzanine floor is equipped for two people (double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe and 1 x TV in the bedroom) and another person (double sofa bed) in the living room. A complete kitchenette in the living room and is equipped with a microwave / comb. Oven, dishwasher, 4PL. Stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Further equipment includes 1x cable TV, Blue Ray player and radio with CD. In the porch is the dining table with 4 chairs. There are present in the home vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed. A Community cellar for bicycles is available. Car parking space no. 2 is available for free. Laundromat and dryer in the basement. The sandy beach about 1 minute. The initial bed linen and towels (1 set of bed linen, 1 bath towel, 2 towels, 1 dish towel and 1 bath mat) are included. Highchair and / or crib can be rented 15, - € once.
