The 40 square meter apartment is located on the second floor of Villa Louise. It is a Non smoking apartment. But there is the possibility to smoke on the balcony. Renovated in 2009, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the south balcony you can enjoy the setting sun. Up to 4 people can use the apartment. So you can enjoy your holiday carefree, the apartment has an internet connection, a TV in the living area and a TV in the bedroom with box spring bed and electronically adjustable slatted frame. The underground parking space and a separate bicycle storage room can be used free of charge. The apartment is centrally located. The beach, shops, restaurants and a bus stop are within easy walking distance. You can relax on lazy beach walks or explore the island by bike. The neighboring islands can be easily reached by boat.
