About this property

Exclusive apartment (3 rooms, 85 sqm) in a quiet location, only 50m to the beach!

The Villa Elisabeth in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf was built in the imperial era in the beautiful style of the spa architecture and consists of an ensemble of two buildings, the front house and the garden house. Both listed buildings have been extensively restored. Our spacious and tastefully furnished apartment has been extensively renovated by us recently and is located on the first floor of the garden house with a total of only four residential units. It consists of a large living room with loggia, two separate bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with window and separate guest toilet. All rooms have flat screen TVs in the living room with 107cm screen diagonal. The kitchen is complete with built-in cooker (four plates), dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and of course glasses, dishes and cutlery. An initial supply of towels and bed linen is free of charge. Two parking spaces are also included in the rental price. Only 50m to the beach.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

die gerĂ€umige Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Promenade und Zentrum von Heringsdorf.Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gut. Die KĂŒche, und da vor allem die Ausstattung, könnte wieder eine Erneuerung vertragen. Das Hinterlassen von Produkten des Vermieters in KĂŒche und Bad haben nicht zum WohlfĂŒhlen beigetragen.

Ferienwohnung nicht zu empfehlen. Leider war die Ferienwohnung nicht so wie wir dachten. Laut der vielen positiven Bewertungen erhofften wir uns eine Wohlige und saubere Wohnung. Der erste Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wohnung mit vielen privaten Sachen und vor allem Lebensmittel in den SchrĂ€nken ausgestattet ist. Beim genaueren Betrachten gibt es viele Schmutzecken. Die BĂŒrste zum Abwaschen hat noch Speisereste der letzten Benutzung. Der MĂŒlleimer ist so dreckig das es nicht mehr schön ist. Im Bad ist die WC BĂŒrstengarnitur verschmutzt und die KlobĂŒrste so locker, dass man Sorge hat, sie fĂ€llt bei Benutzung ab. Die Dusche ist verkalkt und unansehnlich. Private Sachen auch hier in SchrĂ€nke verteilt. Der Ostseesand war in jedem Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Balkon und der Garten kann nicht zum verweilen genutzt werden. Wir hatten das GefĂŒhl, dass der EigentĂŒmer die Wohnung nur kurzfristig vermietet und demnĂ€chst wieder selbst dort wohnt. Ein Zimmer ist fĂŒr privat abgeschlossen. Das GĂ€ste WC ist nicht in der Wohnung. Aus hygienischen GrĂŒnden, sollen die GĂ€ste die Betten selbst abziehen und zusammen mit den HandtĂŒchern in einen MĂŒllsack packen !!! Der GeschirrspĂŒler muss ausgerĂ€umt sein !! ( zeitlich mit FrĂŒhstĂŒcken und 10 Uhr Abreisen eine Zumutung) Hier stimmt das Preis/LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis nicht ĂŒberein. Fazit: Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft nicht!! Bilder vorhanden!

ruhige Lage zwischen der sog. 1. und 2. Reihe von Villen

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt ruhig und nah zum Strand. Von zwei Straßen aus ist sie zu erreichen. Die Nutzung eines Fahrradkellers ist möglich. FĂŒr uns (jeweils 61 Jahre) waren die Ledersofas sowie der Ledersessel zu tief und zu weich. Der Esstisch und die StĂŒhle waren vorzĂŒglich. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Betreuung der Wohnung vor Ort mit einer freundlichen Kommunikation per Telefon.

Schöne Fewo

Die Fewo ist sehr schön und die KĂŒche bestens ausgestattet. Geschirr und Bestecke wĂ€ren ausreichend fĂŒr eine Party mit 20 Personen 😃. Auch sind GewĂŒrze, Essig / Öl ausreichend vorhanden. Gestört hat uns leider der völlig verkalkte Wasserkocher und dass viele SchrĂ€nke / Schubladen mit GegenstĂ€nden der EigentĂŒmerin belegt sind. Lediglich die beiden Schlafzimmer stehen den Mietern komplett zur VerfĂŒgung. Gerade im Bad möchte man keine Schubladen mit angebrochenen Utensilien von fremden Menschen vorfinden. Die GĂ€stetoilette befindet sich eine halbe Etage unter der Fewo im Treppenhaus. Wir haben sie nicht benutzt. Info fĂŒr zukĂŒnftige Fewo-Mieter: die MĂŒlltonnen befinden sich rechts hinter einer hohen Hecke, wenn man das Haus verlĂ€sst. Alles in allem waren wir mit der ruhigen Unterkunft und der Lage zum Strand zufrieden, deshalb die 5 Sterne. P.S.: WĂŒnschenswert wĂ€re eine exaktere Wegbeschreibung, da die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz durch eine Baustelle verdeckt wird. Nach 8-stĂŒndiger Anreise möchte man nicht gern lange herum irren.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig, vor allem das Wohn- und Esszimmer bietet viel Platz zum ausbreiten und zusammen sitzen. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, man fĂŒhlt sich rundum wohl! Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen kann man jederzeit anrufen. Schöne Wohnung in Toplage, aber ...

Die Wohnung ist von Lage und Ausstattung her top. Etwas irritierend ist, dass an so vielen verschiedenen Stellen Habseligkeiten des Vermieters zu finden sind. Die Sachen zu bĂŒndeln oder in geschlossenen Kisten zu verwahren, wĂ€re besser. Bei den Anweisungen, wie die Wohnung zu hinterlassen ist, wĂ€re ein Hinweis auf die sehr versteckten MĂŒlltonnen (rechts hinter einer hohen Hecke) sinnvoll. Der Begriff Wohnzimmer mit Loggia ist irrefĂŒhrend - eine Loggia ist mindestens zur Außenseite hin offen - bei dieser Wohnung ist es ein geschlossener Erker. Die Kommunikation mit FeWo.de war eine Katastrophe, die Seiten waren ganz oft nicht zu erreichen.

Nach kurzer Verwirrung wegen zwei verschiedenen KĂŒhlschrĂ€nken (einer voll, der zweite leer) konnten wir das aber recht schnell direkt mit unserem Vermieter klĂ€ren. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in StrandnĂ€he, ruhig und mittig zwischen Heringsdorf und Albeck. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles war da und die GrĂ¶ĂŸe perfekt fĂŒr eine 4-köpfige Familie.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

sehr strandnah und ca. 10 Gehminuten zur SeebrĂŒcke in 2. Reihe gelegen und daher ruhiger als direkt an der Promenade, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat sehr gut organisiert und freundliche Ansprechpartnerin telefonisch vor Ort Parkplatz gehört mit zur Ferienwohnung, was in Heringsdorf auch noch mal ein großes Plus ist die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man eher das GefĂŒhl hat zu Besuch zu sein, als in einem Urlauberobjekt
