House, adjoining farm buildings, located on a winery, Puisseguin vineyards, Lussac Saint Emilion. Courtyard and large garden, close to the owners' home. Kitchen, dining room (sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room, toilet. Electric heating. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are available for rent, as well as an end-of-stay cleaning service (extra charge). Tourist tax extra. Petanque balls The village of Saint-Emilion is 9km away. Dogs welcome under certain conditions. Stay in the famous Saint Emilion vineyard, on a wine estate
