Incredibly attentive staff!

We had a last minute get-away to the west coast, and had the good fortune to stumble across an opening at this property. The staff was out of this world, the location was fantastic, and the view of San Fran spectacular! Thank you…we look forward to a return visit.

Amazing Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the Ritz and can't wait to come back. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed (even before we arrived!). The unit was spacious and we made full use of the kitchen on the nights we stayed in. The fresh baked cookies in the lounge every day were just the cherry on top! Our favorite feature was being located next to Union Square, which made it perfect for walking to all of the shops and restaurants. Definitely 5 stars from us!
