Article 3: Request for Exception
3.1 In exceptional circumstances, a request to increase the number of travelers may be submitted in writing to the host at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Article 4: Respect for the Premises
4.1 Travelers agree to maintain cleanliness, order, and good condition of the premises throughout their stay.
4.2 Disruptive activities, excessive noise, and any form of damage are strictly prohibited.

Article 5: Penalties for Non-Compliance
5.1 Failure to comply with the traveler limit or respect the premises will result in penalties, which may include but are not limited to financial fines, immediate eviction without refund, and/or legal action.

Article 6: Amendment of the Rules
6.1 The host reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Changes take effect immediately after being communicated to the travelers.

Article 7: Acceptance of the Rules
7.1 Booking and staying at the premises implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules by the travelers.

Article 8: Security Deposit
8.1 Deposit Requirement: A security deposit is required from all travelers prior to occupying the premises. This deposit is intended to cover any potential damages, losses, or violations of these rules during the stay.

8.2 Amount: The security deposit amount is set at €1500 and must be paid to the host no later than 48 hours before the arrival date.

8.3 Refund Conditions: The full deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided no damages are found and all conditions of these rules have been respected.

8.4 Deductions: In the event of damages, losses, or violations, part or all of the deposit may be withheld. The host will provide a detailed inventory and justification of the costs incurred to repair damages, replace lost items, or cover additional expenses resulting from non-compliance.

8.5 Disputes: In case of disagreement regarding the deductions made from the deposit, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings.

Article 9: Eco-Responsibility and Energy Management
9.1 Eco-Friendly Principles: Travelers commit to adopting eco-responsible behavior during their stay, particularly in relation to the use of heating, air conditioning, and other energy-consuming equipment.

9.2 Rational Energy Use: Heating and air conditioning systems must be used responsibly and efficiently. Travelers agree to:

Turn off heating/air conditioning when not present in the premises or when windows are open.

Use energy-consuming equipment only when necessary and efficiently.

9.3 Reducing Energy Footprint: Travelers are encouraged to reduce their energy footprint by turning off lights, electronic devices, and other equipment when not in use.

9.4 Penalties and Sanctions: Failure to comply with eco-friendly principles and energy management guidelines may result in financial penalties and/or other sanctions, depending on the extent of overconsumption and environmental damage.

9.5 Awareness and Guidance: The host commits to providing travelers with all necessary information to enable eco-responsible use of equipment and to encourage environmentally respectful behavior during their stay.
