Beautiful very bright apartment of 40m2, on the 1st and last floor of a small very quiet collective in a private residence. The apartment was renovated in 2025 .

Located a few minutes walk from the village and 5 minutes walk from the sea and the coastal path.

Very bright apartment of 40m2 offering a living room with its equipped kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace equipped with an outdoor dining area. A garden common to the residence is accessible and includes a space to park your bikes.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a combi oven and a washing machine.

A first independent bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed (duvet and pillows available) and a storage cupboard.

A second cabin-type bedroom with 2 bunk beds (duvets and pillows available) is totally reserved for children.

Separate shower room and toilet.

A TV and a Wi-Fi connection are available.

A parking space is reserved for the apartment.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED but linen can be rented from our concierge service.

Bel appartement tres fonctionnel et bien équipé avec a proximité les services minImum pour passer un bon séjour. Son emplacement a St Phillibert permet de rayonner entre le golfe et Lorient et de profiter ainsi de cette belle région.
