##Space
The house features 3 bedrooms:

- A master bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom (shower/WC), and direct access to the terrace and pool.
- A second double bedroom (160x200 cm), semi-open with a curtain and a charming slipper bathtub.
- A small children’s room with bunk beds (90x200 cm), separated by a sliding door.
The cozy and air-conditioned living/dining room includes a TV, DVD player, stereo system, radio, and a warm ambiance for relaxing evenings.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a dining table – all opening directly onto the terrace.

The 30 m² terrace features a shaded dining area under a pergola, sun loungers, a barbecue, and direct access to the private pool and jacuzzi.

There is also a separate toilet for added convenience.

##Access
Guests have full private access to the property. Please note:

One of the double bedrooms is only accessible from outside.
There is no internal connection between some areas of the house (ground-floor layout with multiple entrances).
Private on-site parking is available.
Non-smoking house.
Up to 2 pets allowed. ( A €30 fee per dog per stay will be charged upon arrival. )

##Interaction
We are available throughout your stay to answer any questions and provide local tips for restaurants, markets, and nearby activities.
