Location: This newly built villa is located in a beautiful part of Camaiore (Montebello) in a slightly hilly and quiet location. The house overlooks the Tuscan countryside and is situated in a large fenced plot with old olive trees. The large swimming pool (12 x 6m x 1.2 m to 2.5 m) is available exclusively to our guests from May to September. The location is very beautiful and quiet.
Shopping can be done on foot in Camaiore (approx. 1km). There you will find all infrastructures.
Facilities: The house (a rebuilt farmhouse) with 2 flats of about 160 m² offers plenty of space for 10-12 people. Entrance - garden - large well-kept pool. The upper flat is occupied by the house owner with his wife and child.

Flat B suitable for 6 persons: The flat offers a living-dining room with fireplace - a dining-kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds and air-conditioning- one bedroom (air-conditioning) with a single bed which is extendable to a double bed - 1 bathroom. Terrace and garden.
Available are: Oven - video/TV - fireplace - barbecue - garden furniture - parking on the property.
A large parking space is at the house - the property is fenced and has an electric iron gate. The flat has heating. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Final cleaning not optional €75. Electricity, gas, water not optional €50 per week. Bed linen and towels optional €10 per person per change. Heating optional according to consumption €5 per m³.
