Two 18 hole golf courses, 40 miles of bike/walking paths, horse stables, putt-putt golf, and that’s just the beginning of your summer fun. 10 available SHARC passes will have you and your entire group enjoying access to all of Sunriver's attractions. Add Mt Bachelor, and now your winter activities begin. Four bedrooms on the main with a sleeping area upstairs for just the kids, this private setting will give you the best night's rest and many great memories to be made.

Great layout and perfect spot for large families

We enjoyed our time at this property. The layout was fantastic and there was plenty of space for the three families who stayed here. We also loved the neighborhood. Echoing what others said: the drawback is that the furniture is old and some of it is broken and the bed was not at all comfortable. It was also not super clean (mold in the washer and shower doors), but not filthy either. I would be happy to return.

Roomy, comfy home!

The home has plenty of space, is dog friendly for when families want to bring their pet, and is well stocked and organized. There are no additional homes behind the house - just woods - which is really nice for privacy and peaceful time on the deck. We enjoyed the front lawn too, and the ping pong table, hot tub, sharc passes, and bikes As noted in other reviews, the living room furniture isn't the best. Also, the carpet is stained in several areas, and that was not problematic for us - I just didn't want to get charged for it (and wasn't). Overall, this was a great place to stay and we'd stay here again if we visit with a large group and/or pets.

House review

Our group enjoyed the actual home and location. With that said we would not rent this home again with both the beds and living room furniture being outdated and uncomfortable.
