This property is immaculate. The host: TWICE AS IMMACULATE!!!This was our second time staying at this property in just as many years. We will continue to book this rental every year for our annual Sunriver trip for our family of four!Thank you again, Melanie!

The home was comfortable. However, none of the TVs worked properly. Only the one DVD player in the living room. Nice location. Enjoyed watching the horses next door.

I'm very sorry you had that experience with the tvs. I checked with the cable company who said it would have been a very simple fix to reset the modem (unplug & re-plug in) to have the tvs operational. The company had been doing area repair work that day. I would have sent someone to reset it for you if you had requested a solution. I let each guest know that I am available by email, phone or text to answer questions and resolve problems. Communication is very important to ensure that each guest has a great experience.

The house was great. We had six adults and we never felt like we were on top of each other. It is very well stocked with anything you will need. We enjoyed being to end the night in the hot tub, we also enjoyed having coffee on the back deck. Melanie was great to work with and kept us informed every step of the process. We appreciate how smoothly everything went and made it so we could really relax and enjoy our vacation.

We had such an excellent stay! This home was the perfect setting for three generations of our family to spend time together. We especially loved the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, which made it so easy to cook, visit, laugh, and simply enjoy being together. The gas fireplace made the space especially cozy, and the beautiful windows and skylights brought in so much lovely natural light.At the same time, the home offered plenty of privacy, allowing each of us to retreat to our own space and soak up a little solitude when we wanted it. It truly gave us the best of both worlds: wonderful spaces to gather together and comfortable private rooms to relax and recharge.The hot tub was a favorite, and we also really enjoyed having the BBQ available. Everything contributed to a relaxing and memorable family getaway.Our host, Melanie, was wonderful, very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We left with happy hearts and wonderful memories. We would absolutely recommend this beautiful home, especially for families or multiple generations traveling together!

Great stay

Except for being away from Sunriver and on a gravel road, this was perfect for 4 adults and 3 children. Loved that it was with A/C and the hot tub! Kitchen and grill outdoors was also a plus. Beds comfy and plenty of room to stretch out.

Thank you for the nice review. Just for clarification, our description says 3 miles outside of the resort area and all inquiries are given the street location so it can be viewed in relation to the resort before booking. Many of our guests say that our location on a half acre gives a nice quiet base for trips to Sunriver, Bend and the many Cascade Lakes as well as Mt Bachelor. Many of the areas around Sunriver have smoothed lava streets. It’s a Central Oregon experience. We hope you were able to visit Lava Lands on this trip.

Great quiet nook

My husband, inlaws, my 2 kids and I stayed fir 7 days. The location was great next to Sunriver. I loved the quiet location, and the house was very clean. We loved that there were towels, pots and pans for cooking, and even toys for the kids to play with. It was a great place to stay.

We stayed here to be close to our family who live nearby for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for us and our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. I'm always a little concerned about the kitchen in rentals and how well they will be stocked but I was pleasantly surprised and had everything I needed to prep serveral dishes for Thanksgiving dinner. The house is priced appropriately and while not fancy it was perfect for our stay. The host was easy to communicate with and we'd definitely recommend to others.

This house is great! Clean, everything you need. Can actually sleep 11 if need be. We only wanted to watch TV one night. I would recommend bringing your own Roku stick so you can watch what you want. The TV’s are a bit tricky. My husband enjoyed being a bit further away from Sunriver Village and Sharc. My teenage son did not enjoy being so far away from the main action. If you want a short bike trip or walk to the Village you will want to consider a different property. However, we were thrilled to get this property at the last minute. We sat in the hot tub at night and enjoyed the stars. It is a very quiet area with no light pollution .You will want to bring your own shampoo etc. Sharc passes are 15 each. Overall, great experience.

The house was very clean, quiet and private on our own half acre and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the split floor plan, cozy fireplace and hot tub that was clean and hot on arrival. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and the laundry room was convenient and stocked. There were bikes for use too and a roomy triple garage. Our host was very communicative and helpful. I can’t imagine anything being better for our family and highly recommend! We will be back!
