Ground floor 78sqm: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, small living room with dining area and TV, large fitted kitchen, washing machine, access to the patio and seating, shower / WC with hair dryer. 1st floor 68m²: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, spacious living room with dining area , Flat-screen TV, desk under the pitch (here you can watch from the skylight to the port drift!)              ��            Kitchen, bath with extra shower and toilet, hairdryer Ironing board and iron and vacuum cleaner are available on both floors.                     The entire facility and the furnishings of the house are new.
