About this property

Private room in a 2bedroom apartment in a security gated estate

When I relocated to Nigeria, Horizon Estate was the first place I stayed. As a newbie, I found it to have appropriate security, with good shared facilities within the estate (i.e. pool, games court). It is a very short distance away from the hustle and bustle of Lekki Phase 1, which you could easily get to with ~1,000naira bolt ride. Living on this estate was my safe space, I hope it becomes yours too.

This place was 24/7 light and IPNX wifi internet installed.

Note only 1 bedroom is available.

2. There is one parking bay slot, which is D9F1. 3. Please be conservative with the light usage, treat it like your home, or in some instances better.
3. Please deposit all garbage into properly sealed waste bags in the apartment, once full please place them in the garbage bins near the apartment.

Peaceful and secure, and the circular walks within the estate is a nice way to exercise.

Another positive is that the Estate is a 10-15mins walk away from the beach
