No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in any devices in the apartment – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inspection will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary check-out inspection will be carried out – Security deposit will be canceled or returned after the keys are received.
