Discover a semi-detached cottage in a recently renovated farmhouse, very pleasant and welcoming, that can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located just 30 minutes from Gien, 20 minutes from Briare, and 4 minutes from the Loire River. It's a Berry haven, perfect for a stay with family or friends, as well as for business trips.

You're just a stone's throw from the family farm "Ferme des Doucets."

Many activities are possible: visiting the various monuments in Beaulieu-sur-Loire and its surroundings, fishing, walking or cycling, cruising on the canal, canoeing on the Loire, picnicking, and more. The village is located on the Loire à Vélo cycle route and in the Coteaux du Giennois vineyards near Sancerre. Nearby attractions include the town of Châtillon-sur-Loire, the Château de Saint-Brisson-sur-Loire, the Musée des Deux Marines and the Briare Canal Bridge, the Château de Saint-Fargeau, the Château de Guédelon, and the vineyards of the Centre-Loire region.

Beaulieu-sur-Loire has a pharmacy, a doctor, a convenience store, and other small shops. Supermarkets and medical centers are located less than 5 km away. The nearest emergency center is in Gien.
The cottage is located near the Château de Courcelles-le-Roi and the Domaine des Médards, both reception venues. Semi-detached cottage entirely on the ground floor (3 steps to enter) with:
- a living area: beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area with 1 pull-out bed (two 80x190 cm mattresses forming a 160 cm bed when unfolded),
- a bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds
- a separate bathroom (walk-in shower, sink)
- separate toilet

Outside, courtyard (currently being renovated) shared with the second adjoining cottage. You will enjoy a private terrace in front of the cottage with its own garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on site in the courtyard of the property.
