The Ferienwohnanalage House Roland (33 apartments spread over two houses) is located on a quiet side street on Glienberg close to the forest. The center of Zinnowitz with shops, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. The sandy beach and the Baltic Sea are about 800m (10 minutes), the pier of the seaside resort can be reached in about 15 minutes. Sauna, relaxation room and small swimming pool on the ground floor of house 1 can be shared free of charge. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and laundromat on the ground floor of the house.

Apartment 23:
The bright and friendly 3-room apartment has a size of 58 m² and can be occupied by up to 4 people. Facilities The apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a sofa bed, a combined living and dining room, an open kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The south-facing balcony invites you to relax and unwind. Take a look at the Philips Flat TV your favorite DVD on, these two packages, also a Blu-ray player available. In addition, you can still use a CD player with USB connection available, and Wi-Fi. The apartment includes a parking space, which is included with the price. A linen package, consisting of bed linen and towels, can be booked for € 15.00 per person. Pets are warmly welcome in our apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
