The King bed in master bedroom and queen in guest room both have new mattresses. There is a desk in guest bedroom. Kitchen includes new coffee maker, toaster, knife set, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and other kitchen essentials. Complete with extra bed linens and towels. Best rental ever.

This place was absolutely perfect. The Villa was beautifully decorated and well supplied with everything one would need from dishes, utensils towels, cleaning supplies, etc. The host John was very helpful with one minor issue which was resolved quickly. Great location. Very close to an area that offers some type live music every day of the week. We would gladly return to this Villa had we not purchased a home in the Villages.
