Villa Vita the stylish holiday home

The exclusive, stylish holiday home, built in 2013, represents a combination of warm ambience and maximum comfort. The villa is quietly located in the well-known Borovets region and is 10 km from Varna city center and 4 km from the sea. It is built of stones and offers a wonderful sea view. The furnishings are of high quality and meet the highest demands.

The house has two floors with five bedrooms, each with a double bed. The ground floor, about 130 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: a living room with flat screen TV, couch and large dining table; three bedrooms next to it with double beds; as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet like an extra guest toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. On this floor there is also a relaxation and play room. The house has a large living / dining room connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped.

In the garden there is a covered barbecue area with a large table and chairs. A beautiful swimming pool (5.5m / 3m) is available for our guests and offers unforgettable moments in the hot days. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs.

The town center with supermarkets is about 2 km away. The house can only be reached via a dirt road (dirt road, approx. 900m). The house owners speak good German and are always ready to help and be available.
