Please note that the pool and spa are now closed for resurfacing and repairs. In addition, renovation work is taking place in various common areas, including interior and exterior bathrooms, the club room, fitness center, and portions of the parking lot. Additional exterior resurfacing projects may also occur later this spring depending on contractor scheduling.

Guests may notice daytime construction activity, temporary amenity closures, workers on site, and restricted access to certain areas. Timelines provided by the Association are estimates and may be subject to change.

***The Norriego Point beach access is closed in some areas (access to the tide pools and beach), but you may still walk around the area. O'Steen Public Beach Access is the closest available beach for the public and vacationers at the end of Holiday Isle and is only a 5 minute walk away.***

Snowbird Season runs November and December. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*Private beach that is built up on a seawall and is for sunbathing only; public beach access is just next door.

East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year.

Area Attractions: 
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor. 

East Pass is perfectly located next to Destin Harbor, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, para-sailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

The property was exceptionally clean, the building and amenities were lovely. The communication and responsiveness of the host was fantastic. The dryer wasnt functioning at the time of our trip, but the host was aware and let us know. If i had 1 complaint, and this is for anyone thinking about this property as a vacation rental, is the noise from the boardwalk across the harbor. Its VERY loud with music until bar close time. Its not my scene and was disruptive for sleep for young kids. This is absolutely no reflection on or problem with the property or the management so they deserve a 5 star review. But personally i wouldnt stay here again for that reason.

Cute condo but not the best location

Cute condo. Very clean. Water hot. Didn’t see any beach towels and there were no extra blankets. The alarm on the first floor (by pool and workout room) was going off for 2 days (I called twice). If you don’t stay up late you will not like this location as you will hear the live music play from the harbor until 2 am (it’s very loud). Also, there’s no blackout curtains so you will wake up early. Plus, it didn’t help that they started construction work at 7 am (there was a bobcat moving sand at 7 am).

A rough start to our stay

When we first got there it was not good. The master bedroom sheets were dirty with pee/blood stains. The second bedroom bed had someone’s fake eyelashes on the sheets. There was dead cockroaches on the floor, the couches were dirty. As soon as you walked into our condo you could smell smoke. None of the electrical outlets worked in either bathroom. We had to call and have someone come out and clean it and fix the outlets. We felt like we were misled about the beach. There was no close access to it. We had to listen to loud Mexican music from someone’s else balcony until 2-3 o’clock in the morning. Was discouraging considering the price we paid to rent the condo for a week.

Excellent View & Great Condo

We love staying in East Pass Towers because of the fabulous view you get no matter which condo you stay in. This particular condo gave us the best view yet. We love watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. We were able to watch Dolphins and we love hearing the music and nightlife coming from the Harborwalk. The condo was very nice and well stocked. We would definitely stay in this condo again and will recommend it to family and friends. Thank you, Terry
