Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 260 m, pebble beach 170 m, rocky beach 20 m. Please note: Property ref. HR4510.101 is situated on the same property. Possibility of daily excursions by motor boat (6 m, max speed 35 knots, motor 140 HP, cabin for two persons), on request, extra.

Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 15 m2, roofed.
