Disappointing
My issues are truly with the property managing company, not the condo owner. We had a list of issues, and promises without follow through.
1) the dishwasher did not work, this was very inconvenient since we were there for a holiday and planned for a lot of cooking. Realizing the cleaners put all the dirty dishes in the cupboards even through they could very obviously see a mound of undissolved detergent in the dishwasher. So we had to hand wash everything to even start the trip. This was followed by 4 days of hand washing dishes, and multiple people in and out of our condo which did not make us comfortable.
2) we requested 4 keys to the condo, we got 3 and 1 did not work. This led to us having to change plans for our first two days to ensure someone with a key was with each group as we had more than one family in our condo.
3) we booked the condo with 6 guests, we had 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths, and 3 hand towels and when we asked for more it took 2 days as well to get extra towels. Doing laundry in between hand washing dishes. Great vacation!
4) for the entire trip our keys would not open any entries into Margate which meant we had to walk around the bldg when we wanted to come back from pools or beach. This meant we got to fight through construction and maintenance vehicles on the side of bldg.
5) not that it is adequate for all of the inconveniences and being ignored at all, but we were promised a refund of the cleaning fee and company fee. Of course we received neither
