The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. There are 2 properties on the plot: RUE MON 009 (4 people) and RUE MON 010 (5 people). The garden is available for shared use. The house is located in the small district on the main road, only 7 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The area is exempt from visitor's tax. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
