Perfect!

From the time I booked, the host has been fantastic! Super clean and very comfortable with a view more beautiful than in the photos. Easy to get anywhere quickly and walkable to the beach. The pool is warm and sunny with plenty of shade available if desired. Other residents there are friendly and active. Pickle ball and tennis courts too! Lots of activities. I had a very good experience and I will be back!

Eagle Cay

Excellent rental experience. Paul (owner) was great to work with, always quick to respond to questions and went out of his way to make sure our two weeks were stress free. Eagle Cay is a clean and quiet community that has many activities (water aerobics, pickle ball, guest speakers, etc...) that you can participate in. The description and pictures of the condo are very accurate. What you might not be able to see in the pictures is that the balcony is completely screened in which makes a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage even more enjoyable. A big plus. Another big plus is that the main pool is literally a one minute walk from building 5. Eagle Cay is in a great location if you are a walker. Collier Court has wide sidewalks that are in great condition. Overall a five star experience. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

A Quiet and Convenient Property

Marco Island in season can be crowded and somewhat hectic but not at this property. It is tucked away on a secluded finger on the southern end of the island yet is a short walk, bike ride or drive away from the beaches, dining and attractions. The property is beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained as were the pools and activity areas. The owner showed a genuine interest in our enjoying our stay. .
