This beautiful vacation apartment in a resort near Pontecchio Polesine (Rovigo) is spread over two levels and is the result of the careful renovation of an old hayloft. From here you have a view of the countryside and the adjacent tennis court of the resort. The complex has a communal pool ( 2 m deep), tennis court, games for outdoor sports activities for children, soccer and small golf course. Convenient location for visiting the Po Delta Park and the Euganean Hills Park. Other interesting excursion tips: Rovigo 10 km, Arquà Polesine about 8 km, Ferrara about 40 km, Venice about 90 km, Verona 90 km.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 5.00 per person, or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end August.

Goede en charmante uitvalsbasis, maar enige renovatie is nodig (douchedeuren, keukenblad, afzuigkap etc). Geen wifi in het huisje is niet prettig met puberkinderen. We zijn de lucht van - de aanwezige - kippen niet gewend; dat ruik je overal. Het was ons onvoldoende duidelijk dat het huisje bovenop de tennisbaan staat. De hosts zijn wel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Komfortable Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Unser Apartment entsprach in allem deer Beschreibung und war für uns (drei Erwachsene) durch die großzügige Raumaufteilung und die zwei Bäder im Ganzen recht komfortabel. Der einzige Minuspunkt war das im Apartment fehlende W -Lan ( ein Hotspot war allerdings 100 m entfernt am Haupthaus erreichbar) Die Lage in der Nähe der Kleinstadt Rovigo war insofern äußert günstig, da viele interessante Ziele ( Padua, Venedig, Abano Therme ,Kleinvenedig Chioggia ...) per Bahn schnell und recht preiswert erreichbar waren. Nur die Küchenausstattung (Vor allem Pfannen) könnte noch optimiert werden. - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pontecchio Polesine nicht zuletzt durch die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber genossen und können die Location Familien weiter empfehlen.

Wunderbare Erholung

Wir waren zu viert mit Hund, leider nur eine Woche in einer wunderschönen rustikalen Ferienwohnung. Natasha und alle anderen haben und herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns bei sämtlichen Anliegen (Restaurant Tipps, Reservierungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflüge, Sehenswürdigkeiten,etc.) hervorragend unterstützt! Die Anlage und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Haben uns wunderbar erholt und uns wie im Paradies gefühlt.
