Cozy quiet cottage in a central location - 10 minutes to the Baltic Sea
The house is located in a small complex right on the central park of Prerow.
To the Baltic Sea and the shopping and dining options are about 10 minutes walk.
For our guests with children and toddlers, we have decided that we do not accommodate pets in the cottage.
The house is of course a non-smoking house - you can smoke on the terrace.
The house has the modern amenities such as underfloor heating and Wi-Fi.
At the terrace is a small lawn.
