A well-manicured farm house with a recent modern addition consisting of a play room, mudroom, full bath with laundry, hang out loft and bunk room.

The main part of the house still retains the Vermont farmhouse charm with wood pine floors, wood burning fireplace, & wood beams. The new addition has heated floors, and a spot for the kids to hang out.

The house has two large living rooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is spread out to give everyone space.

Great time at Mill Run

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The house was impeccably clean and exuded a warm, cozy ambiance. It was stocked with every conceivable amenity. Matt, our host, was fantastic and communication with him was a breeze. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

Perfect for families

This was our second stay, and it was just as great this time around. The home was spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. Easily accommodated three couples and three kids. We’ll be back. Thank you!

Book now - you’ll be glad you did!

We were in the area for a family celebration in August 2022. The house easily and comfortably accommodated three couples and four kids ranging from 7 to 20 yo. The home was spotless and well appointed. It was also dog friendly although our dogs ended up staying with other family in the area (but absolutely no evidence of a pet other than a dog bed). The owners reached out in advance to share the entry information and checked in during our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Amazing owner and Beautiful Home

Matt was one of the most accommodating owners we have encountered after years of Rentals, the house was IMMACULATE, and without a doubt the most perfectly appointed home we have ever rented . The pics do not do it justice!!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Fabulous!

Right off route 100- 3 nice bedrooms for adult couples, and a bunk room for 4+, since 2 of the bunks were doubles. And there is a Wii in the loft that could have housed a single person on a futon. The NEST made our temperature choices easy to manipulate. The 2 living rooms were great for different activities, and we easily sat 10 at the dining room table for meals and card games. Plenty of parking. A stream ran at the edge of the grounds. There were plenty of nice new fluffy towels and linens- and the beds were nice, with lots of pillows. The kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms were nice and clean and a delight to come back to after a day of skiing. Matt, you are a fabulous host!

Vermont is a very special place for us. We see this home as a way for us to enjoy it more and share with others.

Why they chose this property

Located almost exactly between Mount Snow and Stratton Ski Resort (the drive is 10 minutes to Mount Snow and 15 to Stratton), we love this house because it is a perfect combination of farm house and ski house. Plenty of room indoors and out. The brook is always running and making for beautiful sounds and great scenery. We added the world's smallest (50) Christmas tree farm! Can't wait to see them grow over the years.

Whether you decide to gather in the modern farmhouse addition (heated floors are great) or sit by a roaring fire in the original mill house or sit around the large dining room table, you will definitely enjoy this special place.
