CASA REGAL - Villa with enclosed garden, pétanque court, giant screen and billiards table

Stay in a spacious modern villa at the gateway to Provence, a green setting just a stone's throw from the amenities of city centre Montélimar.

Carefully furnished and decorated in a loft spirit with exotic touches, our villa offers a friendly and entertaining setting suitable for families and friends.

Young and old alike will appreciate the various leisure facilities (petanque court, billiards, trampoline, cinema screen) which allow you to enjoy the property in all seasons.

• Accommodation:
The villa is organised on 2 levels:

On the ground floor are the open living spaces bathed in the light of the bay windows: a kitchen with a central island, a dining room equipped for 8 people as well as a living room with a giant screen, home cinema and a billiard area to perfect your evenings.

A toilet and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer are also available.

The ground floor is accessible by a beautiful openwork staircase. It has 4 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet:
-The blue room: a bunk bed + a trundle bed and a mezzanine with a single bed (4 single beds)
-The pink room: a bunk bed (2 single beds)
-The red room: a double bed in 160x200
-The suite: a double bed in 180x200 with a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.

• Outdoor:
Out of sight, the garden is designed to share beautiful convivial moments.
The petanque court will challenge the most competitive, while others will enjoy reading and lounging on a deckchair in the shade of the hundred-year-old magnolias.
Our 2 covered terraces will allow you to enjoy more of the outdoors to enjoy your meals. A charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal.

• Parking:
Private parking is available inside the property for 3 cars, including 2 spaces under the carport with the possibility of a connection to recharge your electric vehicle.

• Location:
Casa Regal is located in an affluent area near the city centre of Montélimar. You will easily access shops and transport on foot within a radius of less than a kilometre: train station (500m), Montélibus hub (local bus network), cinemas, restaurants, supermarket ...

• The garage is not accessible.
• The cleaning fee includes cleaning, the provision of hotel-quality sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels during your stay.
• The default composition of the beds includes 2 people per double bed. In case you would like 1 bed/person, please let us know at least 3 days before. Additional sheets will be charged at 10€/bed for more than 6 occupied beds.
• The house is equipped for 8 people. However, the sleeping capacity is 10 people, so we accept up to 2 additional children.
• A travel cot with a real mattress is available (bring sheets).
• Reading, games and DVDs are available for all ages.
