Weekend Family Getaway

The location was excellent. It was quiet and lots of places to eat out. Eating at the cabin was so pleasant as the Blackstone and grill were so handy. The home had spices and pretty much anything a person would need. Loved all the comfortable seating and games to play. Would love to visit again in the summer.

Perfect Family Beach

This was our second stay, and we fell in love with this location all over again. It has a lovely private beach and dock, a screened in porch with lake views, gorgeous sunsets, and a warm and welcoming open floor plan. We hope to return!

Perfect summer get-away

Our family loves this beautiful home and its spectacular location. From meals at the large family table to bonfires on the white Sandy beach, tubing, water skiing, fishing, to relaxing evenings on the deck, we love it all!

Perfect & Beautiful Beach

This property is even more amazing in person. It is spacious with amazing views of the lake. The kitchen and dining space were perfect for family meals and game nights in the evenings. The sunsets each night stole the show and could easily be enjoyed inside, on the deck, or from the screened-in porch (also perfect for sunrise and a warm cup of coffee). The indoor and outdoor spaces were all prepped and ready to go upon arrival- beach was raked and the area by the dock was clear and perfect for swimming. We would love to return and will book again!

Beautiful!

What a perfect spot for our family! My husband and I, 3 adult children and their spouses and grandchildren stayed at this property for a week and was amazed at how much room there was. The kitchen was well stocked and the bonus was an additional full size refrigerator in the washroom. The beach was huge with plenty of lawn chairs and a huge fire pit. We are hoping to get another chance to rent this beautiful lake home again!

Fabulous family retreat.

We loved every minute at this beautiful property. The host ensured we were comfortable and well-equipped with the household items you might need. We relaxed on the screened porch and the large deck. We played games. We roasted marshmallows at the fire pit on the sandy beach. We rented a boat to the delight of the kids. From we adults, to the youngsters, we made forever memories at the Wagner Retreat.

Family Reunion Celebration

We gathered for our parents' 50th anniversary and memorable family reunion at the Wagner Retreat. Our stay was perfect - the sunset views are breathtaking, the HUGE sandy beach provides countless hours of fun for the whole family, the large cabin is cozy and comfortable. Our parents loved the spacious master suite, the kids were easily entertained with provided games and basement activity area, and the kitchen had all of the necessities for making large family meals. The location of this cabin is ummatchable. We can't wait to book again!

Amazing weekend getaway

We had a girls weekend up here, and we were all so impressed with the location, views, the beach, and the house itself. Everything is so beautiful and clean, and communication, check in and out was very easy. We would love to book again next year.

Great place

Stayed for new years weekend. Great place. Indoor fireplace was great. Did a little fishing but mostly inside due to extreme temps. Would stay again for sure.
