Near the cathedral, new luxurious apartment in a historic building

The apartment on the 2nd Floor of a newly renovated house from the 19th Century is only a 2-3 minute walk from the cathedral and the beautiful central market. There is an elevator.
All historical sights of Cadiz are in max. 10 minutes walking distance.
The building is in a pedestrian zone. The bedrooms open to the back of a patio of a church convention and are extremely quiet. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the cathedral and the Atlantic. Within walking distance you will find all the shops and restaurants you need.
The city beach of Caleta is also only 500m away.
Ship, train and bus connections as well as parking facilities are only a few minutes away on foot.

Great stay in Cadiz

Lucky to find this gem in Cadiz last minute, great location within walking distance to Cathedral, museum, and the beach. Apartment well equiped and comfortable Some great restaurants too And market close by. Entrance to the apt uses a web based lock, make sure you review prior to arriving, did work flawlessly and Armin was a very supportive host.

Cádiz adventure

We loved our time in Cádiz- easily walkable, great history, nice to be by the sea, great plazas, good market and good food. But best of all was this place where we stayed. It is updated, good kitchen, great beds, perfect location, and full of amenities to make it easy to cook, do laundry, go to the beach... Thank you Carmen & Armin. We hope that we can make a return visit sometime.

La casa es Preciosa, cómoda , limpia tiene todo lo que necesitas. La Ubicación no puede ser mejor. En pleno centro de Cádiz. Tanto Armin como Carmen disponibles en cualquier momento. Todo ha sido muy fácil. Ojalá podamos repetir el año que viene con ellos.

Centrumsnah, für jeden interessant!

Wir haben die Tage in Cádiz sehr genossen, die tolle Wohnung und die Lage waren sehr angenehm. Das Leben im Centrum bietet Teilhabe über viele viele Stunden. Die ruhigen Phasen in der Nacht waren recht kurz, unser Handicap war natürlich das gewöhnte Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster. Cadiz ist eine Reise wert, der da war, der kommt wieder.

Mittendrin und doch ganz ruhig

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, ist die Unterkunft keinem Lärm ausgesetzt. Man kann bequem alle relevanten Orte in der Altstadt zu Fuss erreichen und hat von der Dachterrasse einen herrlichen Blick auf die Kathedrale. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great host and location

Let’s start by saying that the entire experience was great. Armin was a very attentive and thorough host who shared all the info needed in a timely matter (actually even before I asked). The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. Instructions on how to access the apartment were a bit overwhelming when we read it the first time but in reality is extremely easy and safe. Strongly recommend and I hope to be back next year!

Perfect stay in Cadix

Beautiful, clean and confortable apartment in the heart of old Cadix. Kitchen super well equipped with anything you could need during your stay. Street is busy and quite noisy until late at night but absolutely tolerable once you close the wood panels inside the apartment. Communication with the owner ans check in/out was very easy and clear. We recommend!

Superb location in traditional building with up to date amenities

Perfect Apartment in Beautiful Cadiz

We've used VRBO for years and I don't recall ever seeing such a beautifully presented, pristine apartment with all the perfect touches. The apartment is renovated, classy and provides a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, fresh air via open windows/balcony seating or a very good air conditioning system and gorgeous furniture to enjoy a relaxing and restful stay. The apartment is positioned perfectly within the center of old town and is easily walkable, within minutes, to everything you need: beaches, shops, restaurants, groceries, touristy spots and just an overall lively and brilliant scene. We also absolutely appreciated the amazing communication and friendliness of Armin, Carmen and Patricia-- they really know how to present a 5-star apartment and giving their guests a gold star home stay retreat while exploring a gem of a city. Cadiz is a must and this apartment checks every box. You won't regret it. Thank you Armin and family!

Fabulous Apartment!

What a beautiful and well presented apartment right in the centre. So very clean and everything in such excellent condition with superior fixtures and fittings throughout the apartment. It really was a home from home and so relaxing after a hard day out and about exploring the city/ We absolutely loved our stay!! Communication with the owner was brilliant -he couldn't be more accommodating or more helpful. If you are planning a visit as a couple, a small family or friends do consider this first class apartment, you will not be disappointed!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und absolut zentral in der Altstadt von Cadiz gelegen. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen - da wir mit öV unterwegs waren ein ganz grosser Pluspunkt. Die Strände sind per Bus ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Armin war absolut unkompliziert und hilfreich. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Beautiful, centrally located, an absolutely delightful place to stay

This lovely apartment steps away from the Cathedral meets all my criteria for lodgings while travelling: the space is put together with care, it's comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and in a truly fantastic location. You can walk to the beach, you're right next to the Mercado Central (go- every day!), you can stand out on the tiny balcony off the living room and watch the bustle of Cadiz run by beneath your feet. It's really exceptional. Add to that the fact that Armin is so easy to communicate with, accommodating, and helpful- this truly is a gem. Stay here!
