Located in the heart of the city, it offers exceptional views over a peaceful forest with a stream and waterfall – a true haven of peace.
It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Sleeping up to 4 guests, it is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Situated on the 2nd floor with elevator access, the apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed.
You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels provided, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, coffee machine, oven, microwave, balcony, and a raclette machine.
Free parking is available on site, with the possibility of using private condominium parking spaces when available. Baby equipment can also be provided on request (crib, high chair, potty, baby bath seat, etc.). The balcony offers views over the forest, Lyon’s 9th arrondissement, and the Basilica of Fourvière.
Nearby amenities include excellent bakeries just around the corner, a Carrefour City opposite the building, and an Intermarché within a 5-minute walk. Place Bellecour is 20–25 minutes away by transport, the Saône riverbanks are 10–15 minutes away, and Écully town center is a 5-minute bus ride. A wide range of shops and restaurants can also be found along Rue Marietton towards Valmy.
