Welcome to the Hillside Hideaway at Cottonwood! A peaceful and centrally-located private home. Newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath house with 3 beds sleeps up to 6 guests. Enjoy numerous outdoor activities nearby: paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, atv riding, biking, etc. A short distance to Old Town Cottonwood, dining and shopping options as well as several wineries and tasting rooms. 20 minutes east of Sedona and 15 minutes west of Jerome, explore the best of Northern Arizona in one vacation stay!
The space
Open layout interior with charming galley kitchen, butcherblock countertops, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink and large dining table overlooking backyard. Master suite has a California King bed and includes a private bathroom, walk in closet and views of the backyard. Two additional guest bedrooms down private hallway; one has a king bed, the other has a queen bed. Both bedrooms share hall bathroom with tub. Enjoy the Arizona sunrise amongst native landscaping from the adirondack chairs on the front patio. Or relax in the hammock out back and dine at the patio table under the market umbrella. Free laundry facilities located in garage. Security cameras located at front door and garage exterior.

Great location! Modern and fresh.

We stayed for my cousin's 40th birthday. This is a perfect location near Jerome and Sedona. The linens are fresh and the space is lovely. The hammock out back is a nice touch. There is no ventilation to the home. So I woke everyone with smoke alarms shouting "FIRE" from typical bacon fumes in the morning. The restrooms also lack exhaust vents. Access to the garage was a nice change from other VRBOs. We were provided a single roll of toilet paper in each restroom, with 6 guests (albeit ladies) for 2 nights. Even hotel rooms provide a spare roll per toilet. We realized we didn't have an extra roll anywhere in the house when we were already in for the second evening. The A/C is crisp and the space is cozy. Streaming apps had an account logged in which was also a refreshing change from other VRBOs. Despite a couple minor letdowns we were so happy with our stay and will return again soon!

Definitely the perfect distance to everything❤️

It was a perfect getaway, close to everything and had everything we may have needed. Would definitely stay here again. P.s if you do not like firm memory foam beds their might be a issue with sleeping. I was perfectly snug but my partner had a hard time sleeping on the firm bed. But overall we were very pleased with our stay!❤️

Great location and home

Enjoyed our stay in this well stocked home....had everything we needed. The door lock gave us a little trouble but owner was responsive. Take the garage door opener with you so you have an alternate way in.

Beautiful home / Quiet neighborhood

Nice place ! Felt very comfortable there, the house is clean and the neighborhood is a nice community and quiet. Nice location if interested in Sedona, Prescott, Grand Canyon etc.
