Our stay was enjoyable. The bedroom area was in a turret which was very cool. The bathroom was small, but serviceable although it could use a new handle in the shower. Lots of towels were provided. It is in a Victorian mansion so sometimes it got cold, but an extra heater was provided so we would just turn it on if the radiators didn't give enough heat. We really enjoyed our stay and was so convenient for all our events in the area. It was half the price of a nearby hotel room. A box of tissues and a bath mat would indeed make this the perfect place.
I was impressed the moment I saw a welcome sign wirh my name on the door! The charm of the small porch where I sat to read while watching the beautiful fall leaves was outdone by the uniqueness of the round bedroom with the glorious ceiling dome containing stained glass. From the glass door knobs to the fabulous tall windows, the original antique accents gave the place a touch of class. The owners thought of everything a guest might need. If I am ever in the area again, I hope the property is available!
Used location to visit relatives. Had difficulty with lock and electrical sockets with charging my phone. Somewhat expected when you stay in an old mansion. Overall experience is I really love the architecture and was comfortable. Loved the motion lights when I arrived in night. Thank you. The managers solved any problem in a timely manner.
We enjoyed our stay at this unique and historic place. Lovely touches like farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge and real hydrangeas in the windows showed the extra care and thought. Very comfortable bed and easy parking and access. Thank you!
