Serene Getaway on the Delaware River and Delaware Canal, a birder's delight!
110-year-old sculptor's summer home. Right in the center of everything Bucks County has to offer. Decorated in serene, comfortable, charming decor. You will feel like you are on a retreat! Air conditioning. Bathrooms, with walk-in pebble showers. Full kitchen. Original hardwood floors. Massive granite back deck facing Delaware River with Adirondack chairs to relax in at a fire pit! Beautifully appointed. "Glamping" at its best!
The owner lives next door and the guest house is on the next property over. You have access to enjoy the yard. The canal w/dock runs along the back of the property.

INTERNET: Free Private Network
Many great local restaurants. Close proximity to New Hope/Lambertville. Gorgeous drive upriver to Peddler's Village and wineries. Great gravel trails along the canal. Bikers can access both the PA and NJ sides for trails. River bridge loops make for great "PA-to-NJ" biking. A beautiful stone deck to enjoy nature and bird migration!
Local river outfitters upriver for water sports. Landing nearby for boat access.
Close electric bike rentals too!

This is a non-smoking rental.

RATES: Please see rate tab for current rates. Rates are based on a "2 person" occupancy. Additional guests over the first two persons are an additional charge.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Arrivals: You can check-in as early as any time after 10 am, there is just an additional $50 charge given you now have almost another full day on the property!
Departures: If I do not have another party checking in, our extended day options are: Check out up to 3 pm: $35, up to 6 pm: $60, up to 9 pm: $85.
Anything later requires another night’s stay.

Guesthouse is for booked guests only. Check w owner if local family/friends visit! 8 person in house limit. Day visitors not permitted to bring pets.
No campers/ vans allowed on property or parked overnight on residential street the guesthouse is on.
PETS: $35/night/pet. If traveling with more than one pet, charge for each additional pet. discussion before booking necessary. INQUIRE on dashboard.

What an absolute gem of a home (and host!). This is truly such a special place for a small gathering—rain or shine (we were lucky enough to experience both!). Judy made us feel welcome long before we arrived by answering our questions and offering recommendations. She has an amazing eye, and the antiques she’s chosen to furnish and decorate the home are carefully chosen. The house has everything you need to cook a meal, sit by the fire, and enjoy the incredible natural surroundings!

I have stayed at this wonderful home on the water multiple times and I LOVE it! The balcony and fire pit along with all the cute details that make each and every room fun to hang out in. The living room is cozy and the bedroom beds are extremely comfortable. I will absolutely stay there again. PLUS, the host is available should any need arise and is very responsive. The kitchen was clean and we made meals in the home as well. Great stay! 10/10!

Relaxing retreat in a beautiful place.We stayed in this beautiful location hosted by Judith for two nights.The house is very nice, everything you need or can think of was there at hand. It felt like a home away from home. We loved attention to a detail, very nice decor and beautiful view from a spacious deck.From there it was a short ride to the New Hope, Lambertville and Peddler’s Village. We loved our cabin in the woods. The house is beautifully furnished, while being very comfortable. It has a very well stocked kitchen. The setting is completely private, with a large back deck overlooking the canal. There are books and games for guests of all ages. We found two good restaurants just a short distance away, The Yardley Inn and Nicko's. This is a property I would love to return to.

College Graduation Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the waterfront guesthouse for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Judy was there to greet us when we arrived and answer our questions. The home is very cozy and was the perfect size for our family of 6. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was perfect. We were traveling to Sesame Place with our children and grandson. The accommodations were great and conveniently located to Sesame Place, many restaurants and shops. The house had a wonderful rustic vibe with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy!
