Das Objekt war sauber. Mein fazit wäre aber das ich es nicht mehr Mieten würde. Die Ausstattung in der Küche lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig (keine Grillzange oder Kelle) aber Grill vorhanden. Das 2 Schlafzimmer ist ein Witz. Kein Fenster in diesen raum was in deutschland verboten ist.Es war so stickig die nächte. Vermieter hat sich dazu auch nur geäußert das wir es auf fewo gebucht haben.und uns an die wenden sollen.Die Matratzen waren mit das schlimmste. Wir haben für 6 nächte soviel geld bezahlt und es waren Matratzen aus der ikea kinderbetten Abteilung. Für diesen preis ist es eine Frechheit einen sowas zu vermieten.

Modernisierter Bungalow Nr. 35 mit einigen ( zu behebenden) Mängeln

Bungalow neu eingerichtet , Möbel im Wohn -,Schlafbereich und Küche ok. Betten leider genau das Gegenteil...billigste Rollroste und Matratzen. Sehr hellhörig ,wir durften jede Drehung auf den quietschenden Rollrosten im Nachbarbungalow hören und unsere Nachbarn dito uns. Dusche winzig und Waschbecken fast nicht zu benutzen ,da noch winziger. Die schöne Küche ist leider sehr ungenügend bestückt( es fehlen teilweise simple Dinge z.B. Flaschenöffner ,Küchenbrett)defekte Dinge wurden beim Mieterwechsel nicht bemerkt und getauscht . Das WLAN mit dem geworben wird funktioniert schlecht bis gar nicht.... Gegend nett, aber Auto ist ein muss. Das Bungalow-Dorf ist sehr ruhig aber zum Teil auch sehr runter gekommen(Gaststätte /Minigolf geschlossen und verwahrlost). Badestelle für ein Naturgewässer ok, wer es etwas komfortabler mag muss an das Strandbad in Zeulenroda fahren. Fazit für uns : insgesamt etwas enttäuschend und nicht zur Wiederholung einladend.

Vorschläge zur Verbesserung

Im Objekt ist es zum größten Teil i.O Das Bad müsste in Richtung Küchenzeile vergrößert werden. Dadurch wäre es möglich ein ordentliches Waschbecken und eine bessere Dusche einzubauen. Beim Duschen wird derzeit der ganze Raum nass. Das Hauptproblem ist dort aber die schlechte Bademöglichkeit. Wenn sich dahin gehend nichts gravierendes verändert, wird kaum noch jemand dort seinen Urlaub verbringen. MfG S. Creutziger
