Ground floor:
- Small living room with sofa, television, dining area;
- Independent kitchen with oven, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, air fryer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster - pantry with fridge-freezer, washing machine;
- Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, storage wardrobe, - adjoining bathroom with shower and washbasin;
- Independent toilet with hand basin.
On the 1st floor:
- Room 2: 1 bed of 140 cm, wardrobe, bench, garden chair;
- Room 3: 1 bed of 140 cm, wardrobe, bench, shelf, garden chair;
- Additional room: folding extra bed 80 cm, bedside table, bench;
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet;
Enclosed garden with double terrace, garden table and 6 garden chairs, parasol.
Accommodation capacity of the house: 4/6 people - Wi-Fi - Parking possible on the property, enclosed by walls. Manual sliding gate.
City gas heating.
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €500 to be paid on site
Charges: Gas included from June to September / additional (based on meter reading) outside this period
Tourist tax: to be paid on site
