We offer you a completely renovated and completely newly furnished, 55 square meter 2 room apartment on the ground floor of a 2-family house with its own terrace in an absolutely quiet residential area.

Living room:
Equipped with a cozy living area, table, wall unit and HD flat-screen TV with cable connection.
Bedroom:
The new double bed (180 x 200 cm) ensures a restful sleep thanks to adjustable slatted frames. Dimmable bedside lamps, a large sliding door cabinet with mirror and chest of drawers create a pleasant ambience.
Kitchen:
Fully furnished with everything that makes your stay with us even more pleasant: dishwasher, refrigerator, Jura coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove with oven, microwave, radio and much more.
Bath:
The also new daylight bathroom is small and cozy and spoils you with a walk-in rain shower. Hair dryer is available.
In the stylish winter garden with a diner look or (NEW !!) You can end the day comfortably on your own terrace, regardless of the weather.

Free of charge: WiFi, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Linen change weekly for longer stays.

Parking is available directly in front of the house.

The apartment is located in the south of Duisburg, near the city limits of Düsseldorf (6 km) and is ideal for trade fair guests and business travelers due to its brilliant transport links.

The S-Bahn station (S1) is only 500 meters away and can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.
The S-Bahn will take you from here
- to Düsseldorf Central Station in 19 minutes
- to Messe Düsseldorf / ESPRIT arena in 39 minutes (S1 + U78)
- Duisburg Central Station in 9 minutes
- To Düsseldorf Airport in just 8 minutes.
In addition, we offer a shuttle service to and from the airport (EUR 25.00 each way).

- the fair in Düsseldorf in approx. 15 minutes
- the fair in Essen in about 20 minutes
- and Düsseldorf Airport in about 15 minutes

The A59 and A524 / A3 motorway connections are only a few 100 meters away.
