Our house is located on Moldaustausee peripheral a Ferienhausanlage. The terrace and the garden are virtually cost only from the lake. The favorable geographical position can do much. From Budweis over Krumlov Lipno until everything can be reached within 10 to 30 minutes by car.
Whether for families with children, couples looking for serenity and romance, sports enthusiasts z. B. Anglers, cyclists, boaters, swimmers, hikers, skiers, etc. This house is ideal. After sports or just to relax, enjoy our luxurious sauna with integrated infrared emitter. Here you can relax and forget about everyday life. In the evening it can be chilling with the warmth of the wood stove in a cozy atmosphere. Or sit on the covered terrace with a glass of wine, good food and just enjoy the beautiful sunset. You will be impressed. So that you can prepare your own menu, you have a modern kitchen, and a gas grill for the terrace are available. If you do not want to cook for yourself, there is offering a home-style Czech cuisine in the vicinity various restaurants.

Very Cute House Right on the Water

We loved our stay in the house, it was very clean, spacious, very well stocked with dishes and towels, we even used the sauna. The location was awesome, this is the last house in the row and with an unobstructed view of the lake. We really enjoyed the sunsets with a glass of wine on the patio. We would definitely come again.

Tolles Haus direkt am See

Ich bin mit meiner Familie zw. Weihnachten und Silvester in dieses schönes und super gelegenes Haus am See verreist. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war SUPER von Anfang bis Ende. Dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage direkt am See, man hat den ganzen Tag ob vom Schlafzimmer oder direkt von der Terrasse eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus ist mit allen was notwendig ist Top ausgestattet von Küche bis Bad usw. Highlight ist natürlich die im Haus installierte Sauna oder im Wohnzimmer der warme Kamin. Alles in einem ein super erholsame Woche. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder gern in dieses Haus.

Sommerurlaub am Lipno- Stausee

Wer einen entspannenden Urlaub am See in einem komfortablen Sommerhaus mit viel Platz verbringen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Dafür gibt es fünf Sterne. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar unspektakulär. Ein naturtrüber See lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Leider dürfen doch Motorboote fahren. Es gibt Nachbarn mit genügend Abstand. Der Volleyballplatz ist leider ungünstig angelegt. ( Der Ball muss im Wald gesucht werden ) Die freundlich angebotene Gastronomie wird durch Gerüche der Kläranlage überlagert. Der Urlaub war trotzdem sehr entspannend für die Familie, weil die Angebote in Lipno das ausglichen.

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr geeignet für einen erholsamen und abenteuerlichen Familienurlaub. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche übrig, es ist alles zum Wohlfühlen, Kochen, Entspannen (Sauna) vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Vermietern war sehr angenehm, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und besuchen den wunderschönen Moldaustausee.

Ein perfekter Urlaub ist wie ein guter Besuch im Restaurant: Wenn die Zutaten stimmen und der Koch sein Handwerk versteht, erhalten Sie ein perfektes Steak, auf den Punkt gegart. - So perfekt konnten wir auch unseren Aufenthalt im Ferianhaus "Rosi" genießen. Uns erwartete ein Ferienhaus in gehobener Qualität, in exklusiver Lage, welches uns durch die Vermieter (Besitzer des Hauses) in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand übergeben wurde! Wir können diesen Kontakt ausdrücklich weiterempfehlen! Für Familie und Freunde war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Vielen Dank!!!

Tolles Haus mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Lage am Rand der Anlage sehr idyllisch und mit direktem Zugang zum See. Jederzeit wieder!!! Pünktchenabzug für Baustellenlärm (dafür kann die sehr nette Vermieterin aber nichts).

Das Haus ist super gelegen, wir waren im Winter dort und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt! Selbst an Schlechtwettertagen ist für alles gesorgt, und alle Wege kurz erfüllbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, sogar mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Das Ferienhaus Rosi war einfach Traumhaft. Die Lage und Austattung ist hervorragend und perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Sogar ein Hochstuhl ist vor Ort. Ebenso ein Highlight war die im Haus befindliche Luxus Sauna. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin hat uns bei Ankunft alles gezeigt und erklärt. Toll augestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und komplett bestückt, so dass man den Urlaub sofort beginnen kann. Die Sauna und der Ausblick auf den See in erster Reihe sind wirklich außergewöhnlich. Durch die abgelegene Lage ist es auch schön ruhig. Etwas getrübt wurde unser Urlaubserlebnis dennoch durch diese Dinge: - Sehr lauter und ununterbrochener Baulärm (Zementmischanlage, Bohrhammer) schon ab halb acht, so dass Kinder früh wach waren und ein Frühstücken draußen nicht schön war. - Leichter Blaualgenbefall an dieser Stelle im Lipnosee. D.h. nur bedingt Baden für kleine Kinder und Hund möglich. - Lipno ist ja ein Anglerrevier. Hier findet Angeln jedoch auch direkt am Strand der Anlage statt. Wir haben auch direkt am Steg bunte Angelköder mit Haken gefunden. D.h. sehr gefährlich für Hunde.

Ein wundervolles Ferienhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten!

Wir genossen mit 5 Personen und 1 Hund eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche in diesem Ferienhaus. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer, der große Esstisch mit ausreichendem Platz, die komplett eingerichtete Küche und nicht zu vergessen die Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den See. Dieses kleine Feriendorf liegt sehr idyllisch am See. Trotz der Ferienanlage hatte man das Gefühl für sich zu sein. Die Eigentümerin gab uns bei der Ankunft das Gefühl Willkommen zu sein und gab uns eine gute Einweisung in die Technik des Hauses. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche, wir kommen gern wieder :).

Erstklassige Haus in Bester Lage.

Sehr schönes und Modernes Haus in voller Ausstattung mit allem was man für den Täglichen Bedarf und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Küche, Betten, Sanitär, Duschen und auch die Sauna - Top. Tolle Aussicht auf den Lipno Stausee von der Terasse aus. Sehr netter, freundlicher Kontakt. Ideal geeignet zum Baden und Relaxen.

The property was really great - spacious, clean and great location.

Rosi met us on arrival and gave us a great introduction to the house and the amenities. She really made us feel very welcome. its and excellent place to stay for swimming , boating running walking etc. There are also some great days trips some local 30 mins to further afield including Prague. Lovely house and a lovely host.
